Continue to renew your DACA
DACA renewals have been reinstated, and Dreamers can also apply for Advance Parole, which allows travel abroad and lawful return under strict circumstances. The federal courts are allowing USCIS to accept new applications, but the government cannot process them until an appeals court decides the case.
Public charge update
Immigrants who accept government assistance are still eligible to apply for immigration benefits.
